Where in your process does work still move by hand?

From email into a spreadsheet, from a PDF into the ERP, from one person to the next. We build systems that take that work over: they receive, recognise, check and record it in your ERP, CRM or accounting system. People handle only the exceptions.

Your ERP, CRM or accounting system stays the system of record.

  • documents and email
  • ERP, CRM, TMS, accounting
  • exceptions go to a person

Services

Where the system takes over manual work

Every service solves the same problem: work that today moves between email, documents, people and business software. Start where there is the most of it.

  • ERP and system integrations

Today: data is exported, imported and entered twice.

Your ERP, CRM, online store, TMS and accounting exchange data through an API or an import path.

    • Rivilė, Directo, B1.lt and others
    • Online stores and warehouse systems
    • One record – in every system
  • Custom CRM and internal systems

Today: the process is held together by spreadsheets and emails.

Enquiries, quotes, orders and customer history in one system, connected to your ERP, email and accounting.

    • Sales and enquiry management
    • Customer and supplier portals
    • Internal tools for your team

How it works

Every service – the same operating model

Whether it is a document, an email or an order, the work follows the same path:

  1. Work arrives

Email, PDF, spreadsheet, form or portal

  2. Recognition

The type is identified and the required data extracted

  3. Checks

Data is checked against your rules and systems

  4. Permitted action

The system does only what you allow

  5. Exceptions to a person

Anything unclear goes to the responsible employee

  6. Record and log

A record in your ERP, CRM, TMS or accounting; every action is logged

Your ERP, CRM, TMS or accounting system stays the system of record. The system only removes the manual work between them.

How we start

From process review to launch

The first three stages don’t commit you to anything. Pricing is provided after the process review and scope assessment; after that we work under the proposal and the agreement.

  1. Process review

You tell us about the process that hurts most and show a few typical examples on your screen. We listen and ask the right follow-up questions.

    Video call · 30–45 min
  2. Process and scope description

We describe the process, exceptions and first-phase scope in writing: which service fits, where rules and human checks are needed.

    In writing
  3. Proposal

If there is a fit, we provide a proposal for the first phase. If the system would not pay back, we say so in writing.

    No commitment
  4. Implementation

After the contract, a technical validation tests access, connections and data on your examples. Then we build the first working phase.

    Usually 6–10 weeks
  5. Testing

The system first runs in test mode on your real data. Writes into your ERP, CRM or TMS are switched on only after review.

    Together with your team
  6. Launch and support

We launch the system and train your team. Support and monitoring after launch are defined separately in the proposal and agreement.

    Per agreement

Not sure which service fits?

Start with a process review: in 30–45 minutes you show one process on your screen, and afterwards we assess in writing what is worth automating and where to start.
