System integrations
Your ERP, CRM, TMS, accounting, online store and other systems exchange data without manual re-entry.
Rivilė integrationCustom systems for business
People handle the exceptions instead of re-typing documents.
We build custom CRM and internal systems, connect your ERP, online store and other software, and automate orders, documents and enquiries.
Today and with the system
The same email with an order or an invoice – two ways of handling it.
Today
Work stalls when that person is on holiday or off sick.
With the system
People handle the exceptions instead of re-typing documents.
How it works
Every email or document follows the same path:
Email, PDF, Excel or a customer portal
Customer, items, quantities and amounts are pulled out
Data is checked against your codes, prices and stock
The order or document appears in your ERP, CRM or TMS
Anything unclear goes to the responsible employee
The model only reads the text. Your rules decide whether data can be entered, and every step is stored, so any case can be traced.
What we build
Your ERP, CRM, TMS, accounting, online store and other systems exchange data without manual re-entry.
Rivilė integrationRequests, orders, invoices and other tasks move through rules and checks, and the exceptions go to a person.
Logistics automationEmails, PDFs, spreadsheets and other incoming information are read, classified, checked and prepared for the next system or person.
Document processingYour software stays
The system is built around the software you already use: we read and write data through its API or another suitable connection.
Your people keep working in familiar tools – orders in the ERP, enquiries in the CRM.
If a connection is limited or missing, we tell you in the process review, before any proposal.
We choose business-grade APIs and configure them to the project’s data-protection requirements. The provider, data location and data handling are agreed before implementation.
Who it’s for
It fits companies that already run an ERP, CRM or other business software and still handle at least one recurring process by hand.
Economics decide: the value recovered in a year has to clearly exceed the cost of the system.
If the review shows the system won’t pay for itself, or that a simpler tool would do, we’ll tell you in writing.
Process review → fixed first-phase scope → implementation → expansion
We work out that value from concrete costs:
We usually start with one process. The scope and price of the first phase are fixed after the process review. Larger, multi-process projects are planned in phases – typically €10–30k over 12 months.
Freight forwarder: analysis of freight requests arriving by email and other channels → structured record in the TMS.
