Service company automation
From enquiry to invoice – without re-typing between applications
The system takes enquiries from email and your website, creates the CRM record and assigns an owner, drafts the quote or contract, and once the work is done prepares the invoice in your accounting software.
Your team approves every document before it goes out.

Your software
No need to replace your CRM or accounting
The system works with your CRM, email and accounting software through their APIs or import. If you don’t have a CRM, we can build a simple one around your process.
We use business-grade APIs that don’t train models on your data, and for sensitive processes the system can run on your own or an EU server. Data processing is agreed in the contract.

Who it’s for
When it makes economic sense
For consulting, engineering, IT, events and other service companies where enquiries, quotes and invoices move between several applications by hand.
Economics decide: the value recovered in a year has to clearly exceed the cost of the system.
If your CRM already covers it, we’ll tell you in writing.
Questions
What to know before you start
- Which service companies is this for?
- Consulting, engineering, IT, events and other companies where enquiries, quotes, contracts and invoices move between several applications by hand.
- Are quotes and contracts sent without a person?
- No. The system drafts them from your templates and prices, and your team approves each one before it goes out.
- Do we need to replace our CRM or accounting software?
- No. Records are created in your CRM and invoices in your accounting software through their API or import. If you don’t have a CRM yet, we can build a simple one around the way you work.
- Where do we start, and what does it cost?
- We start with a 30–45 minute process review: you show a few typical enquiries on your screen and get a written assessment. The price is fixed after the review and proposal, and the first working phase is usually planned for 6–10 weeks.
- Is our data used to train AI models?
- No. We use business-grade APIs that don’t train models on your data. For sensitive processes the system can run on your own or an EU server, and data processing is agreed in the contract.
