Wholesale automation
Customer orders from email reach your ERP without re-typing
The system reads orders and quote requests from emails, PDFs and spreadsheets, recognises the customer, item codes and quantities, checks prices and stock, and prepares the order or quote in your ERP.
Your ERP stays the same. Your sales team approves only what breaks the rules.

Exceptions to your team
Anything that breaks the rules waits for approval
The model reads the order, rules check prices and stock, and your sales team decides the exceptions. Every matched customer code is stored, so next time it is recognised straight away.
Your software
No need to replace your ERP
The system works with your ERP through its API or import: it reads product records, price lists and stock, and writes orders back. Your sales team keeps working where it always has.
We use business-grade APIs that don’t train models on your data, and for sensitive processes the system can run on your own or an EU server. Data processing is agreed in the contract.

Who it’s for
When it makes economic sense
For wholesalers and distributors whose sales teams move orders from emails and files into the ERP by hand.
Economics decide: the value recovered in a year has to clearly exceed the cost of the system.
If your ERP module or online store already covers it, we’ll tell you in writing.
Questions
What to know about order automation
- Which order formats does the system understand?
- Email text, PDF and Excel files, and quote requests. It recognises the customer, item codes and quantities, even when customers use their own codes or product names.
- What happens when a code is unknown or stock is short?
- The order does not go into the ERP automatically – your sales team gets a task with all the details. Once someone maps the customer’s code to your item, the system recognises it next time.
- Do we need to replace our ERP?
- No. Orders and quotes are created in your ERP through its API or import – Business Central, Directo, Odoo, Rivilė or another system.
- Where do we start, and what does it cost?
- We start with a 30–45 minute process review: you show a few typical orders on your screen and get a written assessment. The price is fixed after the review and proposal, and the first working phase is usually planned for 6–10 weeks.
- Is our data used to train AI models?
- No. We use business-grade APIs that don’t train models on your data. For sensitive processes the system can run on your own or an EU server, and data processing is agreed in the contract.
