Manufacturing automation
An enquiry with a drawing becomes an estimate and a draft quote
The system reads the customer’s enquiry, drawing or specification, extracts materials, dimensions and quantities, applies your pricing rules and prepares a preliminary estimate and quote.
Your engineer or sales manager always approves the final price.

Non-standard cases wait for a human decision
The model reads the enquiry and the drawing data, rules calculate the price, and your engineer handles the non-standard cases. Every decision is stored, so similar enquiries are assessed with the same logic.
Your software
Your ERP and production software stay
The system works with your ERP and production planning software through their APIs or import. Engineers and sales managers keep working where they always have.
We use business-grade APIs that don’t train models on your data, and for sensitive processes the system can run on your own or an EU server. Data processing is agreed in the contract.

Who it’s for
When it makes economic sense
For make-to-order manufacturers with a steady flow of enquiries, where every estimate takes an engineer’s time.
Economics decide: the value recovered in a year has to clearly exceed the cost of the system.
If there are too few enquiries for the system to pay for itself, we’ll tell you in writing.
Questions
What to know about manufacturing automation
- Can the system read drawings and specifications?
- It extracts what the enquiry, drawing or specification states: materials, dimensions, quantities and deadlines. If data is missing or a tolerance is non-standard, the enquiry goes to your engineer with the open questions flagged.
- How is the preliminary price calculated?
- From your pricing rules and similar past orders. Your engineer or sales manager always approves the final price, and that decision is saved, so similar enquiries are assessed the same way.
- Do we need to replace our ERP or production planning software?
- No. The system works with your ERP and production planning software through their API or import, and your team keeps working where it does today.
- Where do we start, and what does it cost?
- We start with a 30–45 minute process review: you show a few typical enquiries on your screen and get a written assessment. The price is fixed after the review and proposal, and the first working phase is usually planned for 6–10 weeks.
- Is our data used to train AI models?
- No. We use business-grade APIs that don’t train models on your data. For sensitive processes the system can run on your own or an EU server, and data processing is agreed in the contract.
