- Can it connect to our CRM, email, or website?
- Yes. We integrate with Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Gmail, Outlook, Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, plus Lithuanian systems Rivilė, Directo, and B1.lt. Any system with a REST API or webhooks can be connected.
- How is this different from simply using ChatGPT?
- ChatGPT is a tool for a single person; automation is a system for a process. Unlike "asking ChatGPT", AI automation strings together multiple steps — receive an inquiry, look up data, respond, update the CRM — without a human in the loop on every step. We use business-tier APIs so your data is not used for model training.
- Who owns the final system?
- You do. All code, workflows, and configurations belong to you. With n8n self-hosted, the infrastructure is yours too. Our role: design, implement, hand over. We do not run on a dependency model.
